As a specialist child and young person counsellor based at Durham Wellness Space in Coxhoe, I provide a warm, safe, and confidential space where children and young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.

My practice is grounded in an integrative approach. I believe that no single therapeutic model fits every young person.
Instead, I blend different theories and techniques to meet each individual exactly where they are, tailoring our time together to their unique needs, personality, and comfort level.
